MyPhone is Microsoft’s new OTA backup system and it is now open in beta. You receive 200MB worth of free storage, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but it should be fine for emails, contact and calendars.

If your phone is already synced with an Exchange server then MyPhone isnt going to be able to work for you. Unlike most Microsoft products the price is free so why not head over and test it out!
