ScheduleOnce is a simple meeting scheduling tool that has been designed to fix the simple problem of time scheduling. This free service helps you find a time for your meeting with absolute accuracy across any time zone. ScheduleOnce is specifically designed for executives who have a very busy diary and need to book appointments with several clients around several time zones. Of course those invitees use different calendar systems and sometimes these meetings get lost in translation, but not any more with ScheduleOnce.
ScheduleOnce has a few advantages over its competitors, mainly in the area of simplicity. Anyone can use this service and there is no sign-up or registration required. The process works as follows, the organiser selects a time for the meeting and also give several alternative times for the meeting; the invitees then see what times are available for the meeting and select the most appropriate time for them; the invitees can also suggest times that work best for them; the organiser then evaluates all of the suggested times and selects the most appropriate.
The service provided by ScheduleOnce is quite similar to TimeBridge and iPolipo, which also offer scheduling type tools. In addition, ScheduleOnce also offers a white label solution in which companies can use internally. Im looking forward to seeing this application integrated with more calendar services already out there and I think with their patent pending method they can also make some nice licensing revenue.
