RB = GIVES YOU ALL WEAPONS(If you aren’t the host use this every time you are low on ammo)
LEFT STICK = NOCLIP(Basiclly you can just fly around and throught walls but make sure to active god mode because some place will kill you)

Raptr is like all the Instant messaging services you use combined into 1 program. It allows you to connect to facebook, xbox, psn, and many more. Although it does not work with skype which I am pretty bummed about because if it did support skype I would probably uninstall skype. It also supports ingame chat which I have not tried out yet though and it also checks what games you have installed and when you play that game it will show you as playing it which is kinda cool. Each game also has its own page like a Facebook page that you can like and write on.All in all it is a good program to have if you have alot of different Instant messaging services.
It has been noted that currently Valve is making more money per employee than the likes of Google or Apple. It is easy to work out how much the publicly traded Google and Apple make per employee, estimating what Valve pulls in is tougher.
Steam is an online video game distribution program owned by Valve; it controls an estimated 50-70% of the $4 billion per year market for downloaded games. Valve’s founder, Gabe Newell, says that the 250-person company brought in “high hundreds of millions of dollars” in 2010. Although, they have not released their financials, over 30 million people using Steam so it’s easy to assume they are doing as well as he says.
Its been reported that the PlayStation Move could be moving to the PC. The PS3 motion controller is expected to become part of a project called Move Server which will see PlayStation Move games being created for the PC which in turn, will allow the Move controller to be used on the PC.
SCEA will be holding a conference this year which will be used to explain what Move Server is all about and from what we understand now, it is being designed to let developers, academics and hobbyists all work with the controller in more unique ways.
GameLoft developed a project that seems very interesting, “Shadow Guardian”. Which seems a game quite similar than the one of the most popular in the last years, “Uncharted”.
Here’s a short video about it:
Even though we can never compare iPod/iPad games with PlayStation 3 or XBOX, since that GameLoft completed a good game.
What do you say? Is this game you would play in your iPhone/iPad?
PlayStation blog posted some new information about the release of Gran Turismo 5: DELAYED, again, it will not be available in November 2nd as it was expected.
The official statement from Taku Imasaki says “We can confirm that Gran Turismo 5 will not be available this November 2nd, but the game’s release will be coming this holiday season.” But with the number of delays this game already had, there’s absolutely no certainty it will be available any time soon.
The reasons, as always, say that they are fixing some bugs about the game to make it more stable. But the GT fans are not happy, at all with this new decision; we can sense the feelings just by looking those comments in the blog post:
“This is a joke right?”
“SCEA literally delays SOCOM 4, Little Big Planet 2, and Gran Turismo 5. In return? PlayStation Move. Not Cool.”
“Did you guys hire all those ex-Duke Nukem programmers?” (Good one).
This is the new “Hitler Downfall” parody about GT5 being delayed again. Take not that the first parody was created when the game was postponed from 2009 to 2010.
Does anyone is keeping count about the delays on this game? I know I don’t.
Need for Speed has been for over the years one of the most respected speed racing game available, in all type of consoles. They’ve introduced also the possibility to play it online a while ago, a now is completely free.
The online mode for Need for Speed, called “Need for Speed World”, is not a new version; but until a few weeks back only had the possibility for free online gaming up to “Level 10”, reaching more required a paid subscription. But now, the complete “Need for Speed World” is free; take a look here.
For those who already have a paid account will receive some bonus contents, like special cars or customizations.
Playing the online mode requires the installation of an application plus a free registration with EA Sports.
We already showed you interesting versions for Mario Bros, like the “Street version” or “Eye Mario Bros”, but did you ever consider playing an infinite Mario Bros game? Here it is.
You may think “Ok, this is just a loop game where the same characters appear over and over again” but no, this is an adaptive version of the game, which increases the difficulty according to the skills of the player. This game is in fact a project developed for an Expressive Intelligence study.
The game is created in Java (.jar), and you can download it directly from here. Controls: arrows to move, ’s’ to jump, ‘a’ to run.
Here are some of the specs about this game:
Upon successful completion of a level, the challenge is increased.
Faster completion times result in larger increases in difficulty.
Upon death, the difficulty is decreased based on the amount of progress made by the player.
If the player is close to the goal upon death, then the difficulty is decreased only a small amount.
A new level is generated when the player either completes a level or fails to complete a level after three deaths.
