Sex.com on sale… again
Seems like it was yesterday when we saw on the news the big buzz that came up with the sex.com domain available and how companies and people were struggling each other on who’s going to take it. Well, after all that selling, buying and millions involved, the domain is out again for sell.
Escom is the actual owner of the most famous domain available, which bought after a lot of battling and 14 million dollars. Making it, of course, in the biggest trade made by a .com domain ever.
The company got involved in a loan to actually get that money, the other company related is DOM Partners LLC; and since they didn’t get their money back now they have the power to put sex.com in auction again.
Here’s an interesting fact about sex.com: Even though the domain is not being used today, stills get 120.000 hits per day; just with people that type sex.com when they are online. Not bad for a site that does not exist isn’t?
