<p><a href="http://twittercounter.com" target="_blank">Twitter Counter</a> is a sexy little tool from the guys over at <a href="http://thenextweb.org" target="_blank">The Next Web Conference</a>. This tool is obviously a mix between Twitter and Feedburner.
