We reported earlier in the year that Apple was looking to open a store in Grand Central and now is reported that 15,230 square feet are opening up. It seems as though there is a restaurant in the complex at the moment, which will be closing their doors on July 1st. This will then allow Apple to move in and start fitting out the store.
Apple really want a store in Grand Central and it doesnt seem like they are going to stop until they have something there.
Apple has just put their Store live again and they have shown off their new iMacs. The 2011 iMac range is now live and they are bigger and faster than ever before. There are 2 new iMacs, the 21.5 inch iMac and the 27 inch iMac.

The Apple store is currently down and it appears that Apple are going to soon be launching a new range of iMacs (well thats the rumour anyways). The store has been down for quite some time now and their normally image is up, so expect something very cool!
We now have to just wait and see.
