As it is with all contents under copyright law: It is of course (and unfortunately) ILLEGAL, unless provided by the copyright owner.
Even if this law cannot be enforced in the country of this webserver, there might be a risk for the viewer/downloader in an e.g. western country to be proscecuted. Question is however, if they can get hold of your IP-address…
And doesn’t matter if movies only viewed online or being downloaded, as your IP will be logged anyway, it does not influence possible charges.
No misunderstanding: I am no lawyer nor LEO – I just want to give an objective view.

There are legal programs you can that combine all available satellite content. The problem is most of them have no program guide and there are 3000 to 4000 channels. If you like to cruise, this TV to PC software could make sense.
