		<description>I did a post on Friday, hours before they went down explaining that I thought the reason they were losing money was nothing to do with the lawsuits, and more to do with bandwidth charges.

This would seem to be corroborated by the &quot;moving servers&quot; story. level 3 pulled the plug on their bandwidth.
