The first think I noticed is that I still needed to signup for the service and then receive a confirmation email. It would however have been much easier and simplier to use if there was no account registration and you could just input a service of question answer type situations into an engine. Apart from that Im not too sure how many people will actually use an online service to make some important life decisions, but it has a nice novalty factor.
