The Internet Movie Database has agreed to acquire Without A Box, Inc. Without A Box is a worldwide media company dedicated to advancing independent film and connecting artists with audiences.

Without A Box was established back in 2000 and will continue to function as a stand-alone operation based in the Los Angeles area. The amount is undisclosed.
