Hi Steven,

Adify hates to lose any customer. That said, over 160 networks in 10 countries continue to grow and thrive on Adify by leveraging all our integrated services and technology. In the last quarter alone, 10 major media enterprises have partnered with Adify to create compelling next generation media networks.

With Cox’s support, Adify has increased investment in our platform & services (a quick review of our careers pages over the last 6 months shows the very active hiring we’ve done – growing by 50% since the acquisition). We have had 4 major releases impacting our Network Management application and ad server since the acquisition that include features such as:
•	Video advertising,
•	Behavioral targeting with real-time inventory reports,
•	Widgets with integrated advertising,
•	Enterprise class user permissions and security and more.

In fact, the Cox acquisition has given Adify significantly more resources and a long-term perspective that ensures Adify will continue to expand our offering. We welcome you to subscribe to our blog at http://www.adify.com/blog/rss to track new products and services being created and integrated by Adify. There are some very exciting publisher features in development.

Adify does not comment on confidential customer information such as dates of contracts or pricing. That said, your post has factual inaccuracies in these areas – and is significantly off on our pricing to Network Builders. We are happy to talk with you about what is developing with Adify.

Best,
Joelle
