Apple Macbook Touch Rumoured To Be Coming on October 14

Apple is a company that always seems to have a lot of rumours about their upcoming product launches. Here is a new one to add to the group, the Apple Macbook Touch. Some sources claim that

Apple is planning to launch the new Macbook on an event that is to be held on October 14. At this stage there is no official word that is actually a reality, but I think that this is definitely a product that will soon be launched.

There are other sites who have already reported on this rumour, including Gizmodo and Sizlopedia. As Sizlopedia mentioned, I doubt however Apple will launch a revolutionary new product at such a small gathering, when they have Macworld Expo 2009 not so far away.

Now that would be nice, only really for typing/blogging/using the internet though, I can’t imagine trying to design on it!

@Dot Design I dont know, designing on it would probably be very good. Could be able to just sketch on it, then email straight to a friend or blog.

The thing is, i couldn’t use it because at home i would have issues:
    1. How does it stand upright?
    2. How would i type when i want the screen upright, if would feel weird?
    3. Neck ache from looking down all the time
    4. It’s a small screen and having a keyboard take most of it up makes it even smaller
    5. Where’s F1-F12? Or the escape button for that matter.
    6. Any CD drive?
