<description>The concept is really just giving internet users a break in their day (be it at work, home, school, etc.) I assume most people are tired at some point while in front of a computer, so why not stop what you are doing, go to 20minutenap.com and just take a quick power nap.

The idea stemmed from my personal habits and the many benefits I have received from napping during the day. I have always preached the benefits, but always got responses like &quot; If I fall asleep, I&#039;ll stay asleep for 2 hrs.&quot;. But if people know there is a 20 minute time constraint on them, then they will get the real benefit of the power nap.

The site is currently being redesigned and will be fully functional by September 1st. Please contact me if you or anyone reading this would like some additional info.
