45n5 Gets Facelift

45n5 who produced a very good link bait article, Top 100, have re-designed their site to take off all their paid advertising and replace them with in-house ads. 45n5 has decided to remove their paid ads because paids ads send links away from your site, so if they use in-house ads their traffic will grow. Well in theory anyways. What do you think?
