Did The Major Record Labels Close Down Music Streaming Service Skreemr
Here on Crenk we have previously promoted a few sites where users can download and listen to free Mp3s. Skreemr was once such music site that allowed users to streaming music added to others sites. Today we noticed that Skreemr was gone! The site now has a holding page with a little note:

It seems like the big bad major music record labels might have knocked on their door and sent them straight to the deadpool. I find this a little sad, because Skreemr has some solid technology that could have been used it many other products. Instead of the record labels acknowledging this great technology (and maybe even use it to their advantage) they just decided to close down the company!
Goodbye Skreemr, it was fun while it lasted!

Hi, James from SkreemR here…nobody shut us down, we just decided to put an end to SkreemR as it was not making us a lot of money and it was time to move on to other projects.

yes i agree. Skreemr was the best ting that happened to music. I was able to find so much music from there. Exceptional. First class. I realy comend u on ur work. Please bring skreemr back. I wudnt mind subscribing! (for free). Send me the junk e mail.il open every link. I dont care bout clickin through so many ads. If the golden service is there i dnt care! Please. I realy miss u!
