Zoopla Launches Sexy Augmented Reality iPhone App for the UK Real Estate Market

Zoopla has just launched their iPhone app for the UK real estate market. Instead of just producing a basic iPhone app, Zoopla has decided to add a sexy Augmented Reality option. The app has map-led search (map and hybrid options) as well as list view and Augmented Reality (3GS or 4 only).

Zoopla is a little different to most real estate service, it claims to have every UK home on its platform, not just those for sale and to rent. That means all 27 million UK homes, with 15 million+ house prices paid dating back to 1995.

The Zoopla app also provides local market information, such as average home prices in specific areas, the ability to search results by geography, price and keywords.
