National Geographic Fans Rejoice for Hard Drive

I’m a fan of collector’s items. I was a fan of comics growing up and getting those special releases and later collecting the series in a collected works compendium with whole new artwork. I’m a sucker for a series of games collected on one disc with new content. When collections come out it’s usually a big deal. Sure there’s a premium price to enjoy, but it’s a special collection, it offers more than just a single product entity. This go around National Geographic has outdone itself and fans are rejoicing.

National Geographic is finally releasing all of its content in the vault. We’re talking a massive compendium of content dating from 1888 to 2008. It might sound overwhelming and you’re probably wondering where you’re going to put a book so massive, but that’s where the innovation comes in. National Geographic has decided to release this mega collection on a branded hard drive that includes every issue, maps, photos, and research content, some never before seen in the issues.

The entire collected works of National Geographic on a 160GB hard drive.

All the content is searchable from within the hard drive, 160GB, with plenty of room left over for updates as well as space for your own personal use. Fans of the magazine will get a chance to experience every issue without having to collect the paper issues, but rather take the leap forward with this amazing package retailing for approximately $200.
