I thought I would run a little experiment here on Crenk, and actually try to predict which sites will be included in this years Webware 100.

If you have any thoughts on my predictions or even better if you want to challenge me on actually getting the highest amount of correct predictions, then please either leave a comment or contact me direct. Anyone who is interested in the challenge please comment and im willing to give out some free promotion to anyone who beats me, so name your terms!

Anyways, without further adieu here are my predictions.

                                          1. I’ll challenge you :)

Do I leave my guesses here?

                                            -Mike

                                          2. [...] is a Webware 100 finalist for it’s 2008 awards. Crenk.com decided to predict who the Webware 100 will include in this year’s list of sites, and - yay! [...]

                                          3. Why isn’t Songza on here? And now that Anywhere.FM is a part of iMeem, shouldn’t they be in a different class?

                                          4. Ask.com in the Search category is not a wise choice. Everybody is saying they are dead now.

                                          5. I really like the Grooveshark prediction :p

                                          6. @Mike: I look forward to the challenge.

@Andrew: I didnt pick Songza, basically because it is just seeqpod with a different style. They use all of seeqpod’s technology and results.. so didnt think they were really worthy this year.

@dolittle: I dont think Ask is dead, they have all new features on the site, plus i can see IAC removing ask from its portfolio and doing an IPO.

@chanel: I think Grooveshark will win something, and im sure Andrew Wise from Grooveshark thinks so.
